Returns/Cancellations Policy

Cancellation of an order

Retail Customers – Orders are processed on the day of your order. Should you wish to cancel after an online purchase, we must be advised of this within 2 hours of your order being placed. Funds can be sent back to the credit card you used to buy your goods with.

Trade Customers – Returns can be handled by emailing admin@towright.co.nz and having your account and purchase details. We can credit your account with any return items due to be paid on invoice.

Once goods are despatched, you will need to contact us directly if you wish to return your goods. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
